A blackened silver brooch in the shape of a closed, weeping eye.

This dramatic statement piece is a beautiful object in itself but it also has a very moving story to tell. (Click here to read)

The reverse of the brooch reveals a delicate golden leaf pattern as well as a secure brooch clasp mechanism.

Wearing It

Whilst this piece deals with a distressing issue, it is not intended to be an upsetting piece. I want my female wearers to feel emboldened and strong when pinning it onto their garments. I want them to feel powerful, that they can make a difference in the world and to feel proud of who they are and have become. It is an ideal piece to wear to make a statement. Wear it at a public or special event, an evening out, a special occasion and have the confidence to be true to yourself. If you know that special lady who could carry it off, then it would, of course, also make an extra special gift.
